    Fullmetal Alchemist: The Final Chapter – Scar the Avenger film announced

    Fullmetal Alchemist returns to theaters in Japan with two new live-action movies. Following the teaser site launch, Square Enix announced that Fullmetal Alchemist: The Final Chapter – Scar the Avenger premieres in May 20 across Japan. This part 1 of a two-part movie series. Part 2 is titled Fullmetal Alchemist: The Final Chapter – The Last Transmutation and follows up on June 24. The films are narrated by Romi Park, the Japanese VA for Edward Elric in the anime series. The Japanese voice cast from the 2017 live action Fullmetal Alchemist movie returns. This includes Ryosuke Yamada (Edward Elric) and Atomu Mizuishi (Alphonse Elric – voice, motion-capture). As seen in the main visual, Mackenyu Arata plays Scar. More of the all-star cast is shown in the new trailer below:
