US NPD results are here for the month of October 2021 and Switch regained its top spot! The console was the best selling hardware of the month in both dollar sales and unit sales while PS5 comes in second. The OLED model also launched during October and boosted sales in general. Metroid Dread as also the best selling game of the month.
