Nintendo Everything recently spoke with Fatal Frame series producer Keisuke Kikuchi about a possible return of the series. Kikuchi states that he’s open to revisting the series for Switch. Fans have asked him for a possible new entry as well. Kikuchi is very happy that fans ask him often about Fatal Frame.

“Yeah, I do want to make a Fatal Frame on Switch,” Kikuchi said. “I think it’d be a ton of fun to play with the console in handheld mode and moving all around.”

Currently, Kikuchi is busy handling Fairy Tail RPG at the moment. Once that project is finished, time will tell if Fatal Frame makes its return to the latest Nintendo platform.
