Rumor: Resident Evil 3 Remake datamine points toward a possible Switch version

Recent datamines of the Resident Evil 3 Remake demo includes some interesting lines of code that point toward a possible Switch version of the game. According to Rely on Horror, the game includes code for auto-save features of Resident Evil 3 Remake specifically for Switch along with code for visiting the Switch eShop in the game.

However, take a massive grain of salt as it may not indicate a Switch version is coming, but may have been considered at some point. Either way, its best to keep expectations in check. Stay tuned at Final Weapon for the latest Japanese gaming news!
