A new TV anime adaptation of Miki Yoshikawa’s Hiragi-san’s House of Vampires manga series is now in the works at UNLIMITED PRODUCE by TMS, according to the anime’s newly opened official website. A new key visual for the Hiragi-san’s House of Vampires anime was also revealed.
Yoshikawa, who previously created A Couple of Cuckoos, launched the Hiragi-san’s House of Vampires manga in Kodansha’s Bessatsu Shōnen Magazine in October 2021. This was after publishing a one-shot for the manga in 2019. Kodansha published the manga’s sixth compiled book volume in November 2025. Kodansha’s K MANGA service is publishing the manga in English.
Kodansha describes the story as follows:
Every family has its own “secrets”… Meet our protagonist, Shota Minamoto, a junior-high student who also happens to be an orphan in a children’s home. One day, he was adopted by a family living in a luxurious, Japanese-style estate. Welcomed warmly by them all, Shota started letting his guard down, but this family had a “secret” that the world could never know. A new work from the creator of “The Cuckoo’s Fiance” showcasing a different kind of “family.” Thus begins a cozy, bloody love comedy!
