To celebrate the 35th anniversary of Sonic the Hedgehog, SEGA and DPI Merch have released new Club Chaos merchandise featuring Shadow the Hedgehog on the official SEGA Shop. The new Sonic merchandise includes the new Shadow Club Chaos hoodie, Shadow Club Chaos Tee, and Club Chaos Mug.
The merchandise will also be available on-site during the sold out Club Chaos event tonight in New York City. Club Chaos will feature feature sneak peeks and special announcements, DJ sets from Tee Lopes (Sonic Mania, Sonic Superstars) and Austin Millz, a performance by Thundercat, conversations with Sonic talent and creators, and much more. Club Chaos will be livestreamed on Twitch and YouTube at 7:30 p.m. EDT.
In addition, Round1 is teaming up with SEGA to host an exclusive Sonic the Hedgehog collaboration at Round1 USA venues nationwide starting October 21 at 10:00 a.m. PT. There will be a range of exclusive merchandise with original artwork of Sonic and friends as fans enjoy activities together at Round1.
Sonic fans can also look forward to the Avatar Pack for Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds, which launches on October 13 with fan-favorite characters Aang and Katara, new vehicles, courses and Avatar-inspired music tracks, emotes, and more. What’s more, the Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds World Championship Finals and Year Two Showcase livestream will be held on October 9 with more information about Year Two DLC.
Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds is available now for Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam. Final Weapon reviewed Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds and gave it a 4.5/5 score, noting that “there is very little in the way between the player and the game’s content, making for a refreshing pick-up-and-play experience that will satisfy players of all ages and skill levels. CrossWorlds is a kart racer that deeply understands the appeal of the genre and manages to finish in first place because of that.”
