Sanrio and its Sanrio Games brand have announced Sanrio Kawaii Me Live!, a new dance and rhythm game launching globally in January 2027 for Android and iOS. Pre-registration for Sanrio Kawaii Me Live! is now live.
In Sanrio Kawaii Me Live!, players will experience rhythm-based gameplay with their favorite Sanrio characters. Character outfits and stage designs can be customized to create a “super-kawaii” look. In addition, the game features original songs made for the game through collaborations with Universal Music artists Soala, SHE’S, Lienel, Polkadot Stingray, Yabai T-Shirts Yasan, and Mi’Line Hearts. A new music collaboration with ZUTOMAYO was also announced.
What’s more, a pre-registration and social media follow campaign is now available with unlockable in-game rewards to obtain based on the total number of pre-registrations and followers. A variety of rewards will be available at different milestone levels, including a special Sanrio Games-themed Hello Kitty outfit awarded at 1 million pre-registrations.

In addition, Sanrio will hold the release celebration live event “Sanrio Kawaii Me Live!
Launch Live” at Yokohama Kannai Hall on Thursday, January 14, 2027. The special live event will feature performances of songs from the game with unique live-event staging and production. Collaboration artists Soala, SHE’S, Lienel, Polkadot Stingray, Yabai T-Shirts Yasan, and Mi’Line Hearts will perform, and there will also be a performance by Artist KUROMI in her 3D look. Hello Kitty, Cinnamoroll, Pompompurin, and My Melody will also appear.
