Ubisoft Reveals Everything Coming to The Crew Motorfest Year 4

During The Crew Showcase 2026, Ubisoft showed off what it has in store for Year 4 of The Crew Motorfest. Year 4 kicks off on October 7, as Season 11 starts and introduces a new free island to explore: Kauai. Season 11 will introduce new vehicles and gameplay mechanics, such as the Winch feature, which you can use to overcome obstacles and deliver cargo. This season will also add a new exploration layer across all islands and introduce wildlife. 

One of the biggest announcements was the Tomb Raider: Secrets of Niʻihau DLC. Designed with Crystal Dynamics, this DLC will have players set foot on a new island as they follow Lara Croft’s guidance. The DLC will be available as part of the Year 4 pass or as a standalone purchase on October 7. The showcase also offered a glimpse of the upcoming locations and vehicles of future seasons, with 12 heading to Asia and 13 introducing Semi-Trucks. The game is also heading to Nintendo Switch 2 on October 8.

Season 11 Introduces Kauai, the Bugatti Tourbillon, and New Ways to Explore Motorfest

Year 4 kicks off on October 7, 2026, with Season 11 introducing a brand-new free island to explore: Kauai.
 
Wilder, far, and less populated than the other islands of Motorfest, Kauai offers a completely different atmosphere focused on exploration and offroad adventures. From untouched landscapes to rugged environments, every part of the island encourages players to venture beyond the usual paths.
 
Among the new environments players will discover dense swamps, where even the most capable offroad vehicles will have to slow down as they navigate through challenging terrain, but also the impressive Red Canyon, a massive natural formation showcasing Kauai’s untamed landscapes.
 
NEW FREE PLAYLIST & FEATURES
 
To help players explore this new territory, Season 11 introduces the Kauai Expedition Playlist, a free Playlist focused on offroad exploration and discovery.
 
Throughout this narrative campaign, players will use the new Winch feature. Available on a selection of vehicles, it will help players overcome obstacles along the way, clear blocked paths, and transport cargo back to its destination during specific activities.
 
Season 11 also introduces a new exploration layer across all islands in The Crew Motorfest. Asplayers drive across the world, they will gradually discover new routesand progress through their exploration journey.
 
The season will also introduce wildlife across every island, with more than 40 species of animals from land, sea, and air inhabiting the world. Players will be encouraged to observe their surroundings and capture these creatures through photography.
 
NEW STAR VEHICLES
 
Alongside these new experiences, Season 11 welcomes one of Bugatti’s latest masterpieces: the Bugatti Tourbillon. Players will be able to experience this exceptional hypercar through a dedicated Special Event and Summit Contest, putting its performances and unique design in the spotlight.
 
Season 11 will also introduce several other exciting vehicles, including the Lamborghini Huracán Sterrato, the Suzuki Jimny equipped with the new Winch feature, and the futuristic Hyundai Crater Concept and more.

Embark on a Tomb Raider Adventure in Secrets of Niʻihau

One of the biggest surprises from The Crew Showcase 2026 was the reveal of an all-new collaboration between The Crew Motorfest and Crystal Dynamics.
 
Launching alongside Season 11 on October 7, 2026, Tomb Raider: Secrets of Niʻihau is a premium adventure bringing together a brand-new Playlist, a mysterious new island to explore, and exclusivevehicles inspired by this legendary franchise.
Players will set foot on Niʻihau, an island that was previously inaccessible in The Crew Motorfest. While the island will be visible on the map for all players, access to its environment and activities will be reserved for owners of the Year 4 Passor the standalone Tomb Raider DLC pack.
 
In this new adventure, players will follow Lara Croft’s guidance to help her find her missing friend Jonah and uncover an ancient relic that could change the course of history.
 
Designed in collaboration with Crystal Dynamics, Tomb Raider: Secrets of Niʻihau introduces a new style of gameplay focused on exploration, enigmas, and puzzle-solving. Players will need to use their surroundings and the new winch feature to overcome environmental challenges, explore ancient ruins, and progress through the island.
 
Separated from the other islands for centuries, Niʻihau has preserved secrets long forgotten by the rest of the world, including the presence of prehistoric creatures. During their journey, players will encounter dinosaurs roaming the island, from a massive Mosasaurus to a thrilling chase involving a T-Rex.
 
The Tomb Raider Secrets of Ni’ihau also expands the vehicle collection with 5 exclusive vehicles, giving players new ways to experience this unique adventure and continue their journey across Motorfest.
 
Tomb Raider: Secrets of Niʻihau will be available as part of the Year 4 Pass or as a standalone purchase on October 7.

Motorfest is coming to Nintendo Switch 2

The Crew Motorfest is coming to Nintendo Switch 2 on October 8, 2026, bringing the full Motorfest experience to Nintendo’s latest console. Players will be able to explore the Hawaiian islands, discover hundreds of vehicles, and experience the festival wherever they go.

Season 12 Heads to Asia

Launching in January 2027, Season 12 will celebrate some of Asia’s most iconic automotive cultures with Japan, China, and South Korea.
 
The season will also mark the arrival of Yangwang in The Crew Motorfest, bringing several vehicles from the brand into the game. Among them, players will get behind the wheel of the impressive Yangwang U9 Xtrem (2026), a cutting-edge hypercar known for its unique technology and its ability to perform incredible movements, including its signature jumping capability.
 
The Season 12 lineup will also feature a selection of other iconic Asian icons, including the Honda Prelude (2026) and the Mitsubishi Eclipse GT V6 (2009).
 
The new Season 12 Playlist will bring back the spirit of street racing-focused experiences, taking inspiration from the Street Riders Playlist introduced in Season 8 and transporting it into an Asian mood. Players will once again experience intense urban races where they can choose their own path between checkpoints, finding the best route to reach the finish line first.

Season 13 Introduces a New Vehicle Category: Semi-Trucks

Arriving in April 2027, Season 13 will introduce a brand-new vehicle category to The Crew Motorfest: Semi-Trucks.
 
These massive vehicles will bring a completely different driving experience to Motorfest, expanding the variety of vehicles players can collect and experience in the game. More details about this new category and the experiences built around it will be revealed later.
 
Season 13 will also explore a new aspect of driving by putting the spotlight on vehicle services. Players can expect experiences inspired by professional driving activities, including services such as taxis and limousines, offering a different perspective on life behind the wheel.

TrackForge Expands with New Creative Possibilities

The evolution of TrackForge continues in Year 4, with new tools giving players even more freedom to create their own driving experiences.
 
Launching alongside Season 11, the new Offroad “Pure Dirt” Kit will expand the possibilities for creators, allowing them to build more specialized offroad events with dedicated environments and elements designed for dirt-focused challenges.
 
The team also revealed that PvP is coming to TrackForge, allowing players to compete against each other in online sessions across all TrackForge creations. Still in development, this upcoming feature represents an exciting new direction for player-created experiences in The Crew Motorfest.
