Bandai Namco Filmworks has revealed a new promotional video and an additional cast member for the upcoming anime adaptation of Manabu Yashiro’s Tank Chair manga.
The cast members include:
- Kōki Uchiyama as Nagi Taira
- Minori Fujidera as Shizuka Taira
- Gakuto Kajiwara as Naozumi Kurosaka
- Saori Hayami as Touko Kurosaka
- Yurina Amami as Dr. Radio
- Gen Sato as Uzu
- Megumi Ogata as Sensei (New)
Tadahiro Yoshihira and Hiroaki Ando are directing the anime and writing the scripts at Polygon Pictures. Yoshihira is also handling the overall series scripts. Yūki Moriyama is designing the characters, Masaru Yokoyama is composing the music, and Kazuma Teshigahara is credited with production design. SiM will perform the opening theme song, “DALALA,” while Daoko will perform the ending theme song “SYNC.”

The manga for Tank Chair is published by Kodansha and is currently serialized in Monthly Shonen Sirius. The tenth volume of the manga released in Japan in March 2026, while the eighth volume came out in English on May 12.
