The ongoing season features Kingdom Hearts content, as well as Mega Man, Crash Bandicoot, Spyro the Dragon, and Sonic the Hedgehog. The season will add Joker from Persona 5 at a later date.
The Cyberpunk: Edgerunners 2 anime will premiere on October 20, exclusively on Netflix. As previously revealed, The Cure will perform the opening theme, titled “10:15 Saturday Night,” and the ending theme by Petite Meller, titled “Watson.” This is in addition to the “You Can’t Run From Me” song by Rico Nasty, which was created specifically for Cyberpunk: Edgerunners 2. Here’s the cast of the anime series, via Netflix:
- Clancy Brown/Kentaro Tone as Weak
- “Once known as “King,” a veteran edgerunner at the top of his game, Weak now lives in the shadow of his former glory.”
- Nazeeh Tarsha/Koki Uchiyama as D
- “A Snake Nation netrunner with sharp technical skills and a sharper hunger for revenge, D hunts the killer who wiped out his clan.”
- Kimoy Lee/Akari Kito as Talia
- “Raised in corpo towers but hardened in Maelstrom’s grip, Talia is fiercely independent and steeped in the gang’s hyper-violent, chrome-obsessed culture.”
- Valeria Rodriguez/Momoka Terasawa as Roman Carax
- “Roman Carax is a young cinephile chasing real stories in a city that’s abandoned film for braindance. Obsessed with documenting truth, he shadows the lives of others — only to learn that unlike his favorite reels, Night City’s stories are messy, brutal, and rarely tied up with a clean ending.”
