Ubisoft has officially delayed Rayman Legends: Retold to December 3, from its initial release date of October 1. The reason for the delay is to further polish the game, even though it has already gone gold.
In a message, the Rayman dev team stated the following:
Hello Rayman fans,
Rayman Legends Retold will release on December 3rd.
While the game has officially gone gold, we have decided to take extra time to make sure every detail gets the care it deserves. In the meantime, we can’t wait for you to see what we’ve been working on, starting with a Game Overview trailer on September 22. That same day, a selection of creators and press will share fresh hands-on impressions.
On behalf of all the teams working on this game, thank you for your patience, support and trust.
Rayman Legends: Retold will release on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC. The Steam page describes the game as follows:
