Bleach Thousand-Year Blood War Part 4 – The Calamity Episodes 49 and 50 Have Been Delayed

The staff of Bleach Thousand-Year Blood War Part 4 – The Calamity confirmed that episodes 49 and 50 (episodes 9 and 10 in-season) have been delayed to October 19 and October 26, respectively. Bleach Thousand-Year Blood War Part 4 – The Calamity episodes 49 and 50 were delayed to allow the staff to improve the overall quality of the anime as it approaches its finale. 

Ahead of the finale two episodes, a “climax selection” of episodes will air in Japan. 

  • September 19 – Episode 7 “Born in the Dark”
  • September 26 – Episode 28 “Kill the King”
  • October 5 – Episode 46 “The End”
  • October 12 – Episode 48 “The End Two World”

Bleach Thousand-Year Blood War Part 4 – The Calamity is streaming on Hulu and Disney+ (internationally). In Japan, the anime is airing on TV Tokyo and other affiliate networks.

jo0ji performs the opening theme song “I-BULL” by jo0ji, and 9Lana performs the ending theme song “Rasen.”

Tomohisa Taguchi is the chief director of the anime alongside director Hikaru Murata at studio PIERROT FILMS. Taguchi also handles the script and series compositions alongside Masaki Hiramatsu. Da Li Chen is the story boarder and episode director as of episode 41 (overall), and Shiro Sagisu returns as the composer.
