To celebrate the franchise’s 30th anniversary, SNK announced Metal Slug Ultimate Collection for Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam. Launching in 2027, Metal Slug Ultimate Collection includes 10 games in total, including a Location Test Version that was never officially released.
