The staff of the sequel anime to The Prince of Tennis II: U-17 World Cup Semifinal, titled Shin Tennis no Ōji-sama U-17 World Cup Kesshō Member Ketteisen (The Prince of Tennis II: U-17 World Cup Finals Members Decisive Match), has announced the anime’s September 30 premiere.
The new cast members include:
- Tasuku Hatanaka as Julio Roman
- Reiji Kawashima as Mars de Colón
- Ryūho Nagaoka as Silva Serra Banbieri
- Megumi Han as Sedah
The Prince of Tennis II: U-17 World Cup Finals Members Decisive Match will premiere on September 30 at 12:00 JST (effectively October 1) on TV Tokyo before airing on TV Osaka and TV Aichi.
Junko Minagawa, Ryōtarō Okiayu, Yuki Kaida, and Takayuki Kondō will perform the opening theme song “Wall and Bridges.” They voice Ryōma Echizen, Kunimitsu Tezuka, Syusuke Fuji, and Shuichiro Ōishi respectively, who together make up the group Aozu.
Junichi Suwabe and Hidenobi Kiuchi perform the ending theme song “Kinkanshoku Phenomenal.” They voice Keigo Atobe and Yūshi Oshitari in the anime, respectively.
Yū Shirota will be voicing Spanish player Romeo Fernandez.
As a sequel anime, The Prince of Tennis II: U-17 World Cup Finals Members Decisive Match will determine who will represent Japan in the finals match against Spain.
