Honkai: Star Rail Version 4.5 ‘To Roll the Stars in Astropolis’ Releases on August 26

HoYoverse has announced that version 4.5 of Honkai: Star Rail, titled “To Roll the Stars in Astropolis,” will release on August 26. It will highlight the new location Astropolis, and add new characters in both halves of the new version. 

The first half will add 5-star Wind character Robin • Summeretto. In combat, she provides buffs for the team. At the same time, her teammates’ actions will accumulate Vibes, which, after she uses her Skill and her Vibes reach a certain level, will bring the team to a Fever Pitch. Whenever allies attack the enemy, they will gain buffs, and the more frequently allies take action, the stronger the buffs Robin • Summeretto provides. Furthermore, when she uses her Ultimate, she can make a designated teammate immediately take action and regenerate Energy, while simultaneously increasing her own Vibes. 

The second half of the version will add the 5-star Quantum character Aventurine • Waveflair. He attacks enemies in combat using a beach volleyball or by surfing the waves. Whenever he uses an ability or a teammate takes action, he can also accumulate Punchline and Fervor. Further, when his Fervor reaches a certain number of points, he immediately triggers an extra Elation Skill, which not only attacks all enemies, but also deals multiple instances of random single-target DMG. Plus, during the next Aha Instant, Aventurine • Waveflair’s Elation Skill is further enhanced. The more actions the team takes, the higher the DMG dealt by the Elation Skill. 

The drop rate for the limited 5-star character Robin • Summeretto and the limited 5-star Light Cone “Rise and Sing” will be boosted alongside the release of the update. The limited 5-star character Hyacine will also get a rerun, and the 4-star Light Cone “A Little Getaway” will be available in the first half’s Event Warps. On September 12, the drop rate for the limited 5-star character Aventurine • Waveflair and the limited 5-star Light Cone “Summer Rides the Surf” will increase. New events, such as “Overdrive: Whirlwind Grand Prix and “Minuscule Great Adventure” will also go live, alongside a gameplay update to the Divergent Universe is getting a gameplay update. The “Planar Fissure” and “Realm of the Strange” double-drop events, alongside a brand-new piece of Trailblaze Fashion, will be present too.
