Astrolabe Games has released the Nintendo Switch 2 version of roguelite action game BlazBlue Entropy Effect X featuring Platinum, the game’s newest playable character. A new major content update is also available, adding Platinum to all versions of BlazBlue Entropy Effect X.
The Nintendo Switch 2 version of BlazBlue Entropy Effect X includes enhanced visuals, an improved frame rate, GameShare support, and exclusive Nintendo Switch 2 Edition content. The free update is out now featuring Platinum, an upgraded Training Space, new branching route options for each run, and more. As previously announced, a paid Upgrade Pack ($1.99) is available for players who already own the Switch version.
BlazBlue Entropy Effect X is already available now for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. Final Weapon reviewed BlazBlue Entropy Effect X and awarded it a 4/5 score, noting that it’s a “great roguelite action game that pays homage to the BlazBlue series while delivering an intriguing storyline, engaging mechanics, and a fair level of challenge.”
BlazBlue Entropy Effect X features thousands of newly recorded voice lines from the returning fan-favorite voice actors for the series, along with new and original characters.
