The staff of the Star Wars: Visions Presents – The Ninth Jedi anime released the anime’s final trailer with English subtitles and an English dub. Star Wars: Visions Presents – The Ninth Jedi premieres on August 5, exclusively on Disney+.
The cast includes:

- Maaya Sakamoto as Tahoola
- Nobuyuki Hiyama as Kwana
- Shinichirō Miki as Lah Zhima
- Hiromu Mineta as Ethan
- Hinata Tadokoro as Homen
- Chō as Gramps
- Hiroki Takahashi as Jedi Hunter
- Akio Ōtsuka as Narrator
Kenji Kamiyama is the supervising director and series script supervisor on the new series. Shunsuke Tada is directing the new series, Hitoshi Itō is the producer, and Lucasfilm’s Jacqui Lopez and Josh Rimes are the executive producers.
The initial season of Star Wars: Visions released in 2021, and featured anime studios such as Studio Colorido, Geno Studio, and Science Saru. Volume 3, which released last year, featured follow-ups for “The Ninth Jedi” from Production I.G., “The Duel” from Kamikaze Douga, and “The Village Bride” from Kinema Citrus.
Eiichi Shimizu and Tomohiro Shimoguchi’s Star Wars Visions: Tsukumo manga recently launched this past July to coincide with San Diego Comic-Con. Star Wars Visions: Tsukumo builds on the Star Wars universe as part of the Star Wars: Visions anime project. It features a unique take on the post-Order 66 era. VIZ Media is publishing the manga in English.
