During the SUPER ROBOT WARS Series 35th Anniversary Live Stream, Bandai Namco announced SUPER ROBOT WARS ZII: Ruination Remastered, a remaster of the 2011-released PSP strategy RPG. A release date and the platforms for SUPER ROBOT WARS ZII: Ruination Remastered were not announced.
In addition, Bandai Namco announced the SUPER ROBOT WARS Y “Anniversary Expansion Pack” will be released on August 5 alongside the version 1.4.0 update.
The update and DLC includes the following content:

- 20 Million Sales Commemoration Mission
- 35th Anniversary Commemoration Mission
- New game mode “BOOST” added
- Pilot level cap unlocked
- Other improvements for enhanced stability
- Anniversary Expansion Pack

SUPER ROBOT WARS Y launched on August 28, 2025 for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, and PC via Steam. A demo is available now with save data transfers, including character creation data and items. The SUPER ROBOT WARS Y Season Pass also brought various DLC packs to the game with more mechs and characters from iconic anime series, new missions, and additional features.
Bandai Namco released the SUPER ROBOT WARS Y Expansion Pack: Infinite Dimensions DLC on April 22 after the launch of update 1.3.0 on April 21. The new update and expansion for SUPER ROBOT WARS Y brings a slew of new content, including several new Area Missions.
