Digital manga platform and publisher Omoi will release Shinji Wada’s legendary shojo manga Delinquent Detective: Sukeban Deka in English for the first time this fall, exclusively on Omoi. Omoi will also add 54 titles from Kodansha, with volumes purchasable through the Omoi platform.
