Gameplay Group International and PM Studios have delayed the release of the Xbox Series X|S version of Avatar Legends: The Fighting Game to September 3 due to “unforeseen circumstances on a backend feature.” In addition to the delay of the Xbox Series X|S version, it was confirmed that the Nintendo Switch version of Avatar Legends: The Fighting Game will not have cross-play and other languages beyond English at launch.
At launch, only the Standard Edition of Avatar Legends: The Fighting Game will be available. The Deluxe Edition, along with cross-play and additional language options, will be available at a later date.
Here’s the full message regarding the launch and delay for Avatar Legends: The Fighting Game below, via the game’s official X (formerly Twitter) account:

As we approach launch, we want to update our community on a few platform-specific details.
For Nintendo Switch players, the Nintendo Switch version will be available as the Standard Edition only.
