Netmarble has released a new trailer for Shangri-La Frontier: The Seven Colossi to commemorate Shangri-La Frontier Day 2026. The game will release later this year on iOS, Android, and PC in Japan.

Shangri-La Frontier: The Seven Colossi lets players explore the world of the anime in full 3D, and players can battle giant bosses while alternating between two characters. The game expands the world of the original series, and revolves around defeating seven powerful monsters known as Colossi. Further, players will be able to encounter various characters and NPCs, and uses a two-character, switch-based battle system, all of which is playable with one hand.
Shangri-La Frontier Season 2 premiered on October 13, 2024, and Crunchyroll is streaming the series outside of Japan. Shangri-La Frontier Season 3 is currently in production with no confirmed release date yet.
A total of 25 episodes for the first season of the Shangri-La Frontier anime series aired in two cours from October 2023 to March 2024. 13 episodes aired in the first cour, followed by 12 episodes in the second cour.
Katarina began the Shangri-La Frontier web novel series on the “Let’s Be Novelists” website in May 2017. Three years later, the manga adaptation by Ryosuke Fuji began in Weekly Shonen Magazine in July 2020.
