The staff for the anime adaptation of Shoji Goji’s Loner Life in Another World (Hitoribotchi no Isekai Kōryaku) light novel series has revealed that a second season is in the works. To celebrate the announcement, a commemorative visual was also released.
To celebrate the announcement, light novel illustrator Saku Enomaru and manga adaptation artist Bibi drew illustrations:
The anime stars Shūichirō Umeda as Haruka, Haruka Shiraishi as Class Rep, and Saori Hayami as Angelica. Akio Kazumi directed the Loner Life in Another World season one at HAYABUSA FILM and Passione, with production cooperation by FRONTIER ENGINE. Kenta Ihara handled the series scripts, Keiya Nakano handled the character design and Shuji Katayama composed the music. The first season premiered in 2024 and consisted of 12 episodes in total. Goji first launched the novel series on the “Shōsetsuka ni Narō” website in 2016, and the 14th volume shipped on April 25. Saku Enomaru took over illustrations from booota for the novels starting with the third volume. In 2019, Bibi released the manga adaptation on the Comic Gardo website in January 2019.
