Season 2 of the anime adaptation of the manga Medaka Kuroiwa is Impervious to My Charms by Ran Kuze received a new trailer during Anime Expo 2026. Medaka Kuroiwa is Impervious to My Charms Season 2 has set a release date of January 2027 with a new teaser, while returning cast and staff were previously announced.

Both Ryōta Iwasaki and Yū Serizawa will be reprising their roles as Medaka Kuroiwa and Mona Kawai, respectively.

Yoshiaki Okumura will return to direct the second season at Synergy SP. Yoriko Tomita is handling the series scripts, replacing Kazuyuki Fudeyasu. Mayumi Watanabe is designing the characters, Nozomi Nakatani joins Noriyoshi Konuma from the first season as sound director, Akiyuki Tateyama also returns to compose the music, and Aiko Yamagami returns as color designer. Shinichirō Nagano is the new compositing director of photography, and Hiroki Matsumoto is the new art director.

The anime’s first season premiered in January 2025. Fans can watch the anime in Dub or in Sub on Crunchyroll.
