Hakuhodo DY Music & Pictures has revealed that Damu Amato and illustrator Shirabii’s Heir to a Monstermancer light novel series will be getting an anime adaptation. The anime’s staff, cast and key visual were also revealed.
The cast of the anime includes:
- Manaka Iwami as Leen
- Chiaki Kobayashi as Hakura
- Akio Ōtsuka as Ao
Chihiro Kumano is directing the anime at project No.9, Satoru Sugizawa is in charge of series scripts, and Akane Kasasagi is designing the characters.
Damu Amato first released the story on the Shōsetsuka ni Narō website in 2016, where it ran until 2024. The series has enjoyed massive success winning the grand prize in the 2nd Drecom Media Awards. Drecom is set to publish the novels’ third volume on July 10. Hakuhodo DY also announced that the novels will get a manga adaptation by Yū Satō.
