Aniplex has announced that the new episode for Monogatari Off & Monster Season, titled “Wazamonogatari: Karen Ogre,” will premiere this winter. A new key visual for the upcoming Monogatari Off & Monster Season episode was also released.
The Monogatari Off & Monster Season anime series premiered on July 6, 2024 on the ABEMA streaming service in Japan. Crunchyroll streams the anime series outside Japan. YOASOBI performs the theme song “Undead.”
The anime is produced at SHAFT with staff from the original Monogatari anime. Akiyuki Simbo is the chief director for Monogatari Off & Monster Season, with Midori Yoshizawa serving as director. Simbo worked with Fuyashi Tou to oversee the scripts. Once more, Akio Watanabe is character designer and chief animation director. The staff will all return to work on the new Monogatari Off & Monster Season episode.
