Kyua has revealed more details about the Eufree 2026 contest and its winners, all three of which will receive a crowdfunded translation. The three nominees are available on both itch.io and PC via steam.
The winners that will get their game crowdfunded in the coming months are as follows:
According to the website, the judging method “will determine the rankings based on the total votes of the judges, and unless there is a significant bias, the winners will be selected in order from the top.” The awards are given in the following order from top to bottom: Grand Prize, Runner-up Prize, Excellence Award, and Fighting Spirit Award. Further, translations can be done in two ways: Japanese to a foreign language, or foreign language to Japanese.
Lastly, Pluralys is available to purchase now on Steam. It’s described as follows:
You play Elie who’s 16 years old. A teenager with no story, curious, a bit of a dreamer, a fan of video games. He/She (your choice!) loves spending his afternoons role-playing with his two best friends, Gab and Medie. Elie lives in Sector G with his mother and little sister, who can be a bit of a handful (but at this age, that’s only to be expected).
The world around Elie seems ordinary. People go to work, deal with their daily worries… In short, everything is normal (well, the Zeings aren’t but that’s another matter). One day, your life changes as someone contacts you on Messenger Plus!. A strange person suddenly tells you the one thing every potential hero has always heard before: “you’re the only one who can change the course of things”. But why you? And above all… are you ready to trust them?
