The Pixel Hunt has announced a new game titled Ithaca. It will release in Q4 2027 on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC via Steam.

Ithaca is a narrative road-trip RPG about climate resistance.
You play as Penelope, an environmental rights lawyer determined to do whatever it takes to save the planet. You’re driving to Ithaca. And there’s a hostage in your trunk.

The announcement comes courtesy of Day of the Devs. Day of the Devs is a non-profit organization focused on highlighting a variety of different titles within the industry. Late last year, Day of the Devs held a showcase alongside The Game Awards 2025, which revealed new looks at titles such as Demon Tides, The Dungeon Experience, and Virtue and a Sledgehammer. This year, it showed off games such as Mr. Records, 33 Immortals, Screenbound, Trine 6: Together in Time, Slap Out of It, and countless more.
