SEGA has released a new teaser video for Crazy Taxi on the franchise’s Twitter/X account. The teaser hints that an announcement for the previously revealed reboot is on the horizon.
Currently, little details about the upcoming entry are known. However, it’s possible that SEGA will reveal a new look for the Crazy Taxi reboot at either the next State of Play on June 2or the Summer Game Fest showcase on June 5. While previous rumors stated that the game would be a live service experience, the cancellation of SEGA’s “Super Game” and its re-evaluation of the GaaS model puts them into doubt. Initially, Crazy Taxi was announced alongside the previously released revival for Shinobi and upcoming ones for Golden Axe, Jet Set Radio, and Streets of Rage.
