NEXON has announced its Anime Expo 2026 plans for anime-style RPG mobile game Blue Archive, along with Steam Deck and controller support with the May 26 in-game update. The latest news was revealed at the Blue Archive 4.5th Anniversary “Kivotos Live” Broadcast, which was hosted by Executive Project Director Kim Yongha and Deputy Project Director Lee Junho.
During Anime Expo 2026, NEXON will be hosting a special Blue Archive panel session on Friday, July 3, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:50 p.m. PDT at Petree Hall. An official livestream will also be held through the Blue Archive YouTube channel. There will also be interactive on-site activities, including new rewards, and merchandise zone experiences at the South Hall at Booth SH-2220.

Blue Archive is available now on iOS, Android, and PC via Steam. Before the launch of the Steam version, Final Weapon had the chance to interview producer Kim and studio producer Gyeong Seop An. The Blue Archive producers discussed the Steam version, support and feedback from players, their evolving roles, the possibility of a potential release on other platforms, and much more.
