Bushiroad and BanG Dream!‘s virtual girl band Mugendai Mewtype, also known as YumeMita, have announced the new BanG Dream! YUME∞MITA anime will premiere on July 2. The first three episodes of BanG Dream! YUME∞MITA will premiere all at once on Tokyo MX on July 2 at 11:00 p.m. JST, followed by BS NTV at 11:30 p.m. JST and Sun TV at 24:30 JST.
Tomomi Umetsu is directing the anime at NICHICALINE, SANZIGEN’s new studio brand, with Hiroshi Morita as assistant director. Midori Gotō oversees the series scripts and writes the scripts alongside Akiko Waba, Yotsuji Haibuchi, and Hitomi Ogawa. Osamu Nobusawa and Mochipuyo are the character designers, and PHYZ is producing the anime’s music.

The Mugendai Mewtype virtual girl band consists of vocalist Arale Nakamachi, guitarists Nonoka Miyanaga and Ritsu Minetsuki, Miyako Fuji on keyboard, and the band’s DJ and manipulator Yuno Sengoku.
Bushiroad also announced that BanG Dream! Ave Mujica prima aurora, a new anime film based on the Ave Mujica -The Die is Cast- anime, will premiere in fall 2026 in theaters in Japan. The BanG Dream! Ave Mujica sequel anime will also premiere in January 2027.
