PlayStation and Arc System Works have released a new trailer for MARVEL Tōkon: Fighting Souls highlighting the Fighting Avengers, which reveals that Hulk and Black Panther (Shuri) will be included in the launch roster. The Fighter Avengers trailer for MARVEL Tōkon: Fighting Souls also showcases Captain America and Iron Man.
The previously announced members of the launch roster include Peni Parker, Storm, Magik, Danger, Wolverine, Captain America (Steve Rogers), Doctor Doom, Ghost Rider (Robbie Reyes), Iron Man, Ms. Marvel (Kamala Khan), Spider-Man (Peter Parker), and Star-Lord. 20 characters will be available at launch.
MARVEL Tōkon: Fighting Souls launches on August 6 for PlayStation 5 and PC via Steam and Epic Games Store. Pre-orders are available now featuring the Infinity Gauntlet lobby equipment, Cosmic Surfboard lobby ride, and Baby Groot lobby pet.
An Ultimate Edition will be available to purchase, which will include a Year One Character and Stage Pass (which features 4 playable characters and an extra stage), a Howard the Duck lobby avatar, a Cosmo lobby pet, different colors for all 20 characters, and the following costumes:
- Spider-Man – Advanced Suit 2.0 From Marvel’s Spider-Man 2
- Storm – Punk Rock Costume
- Iron Man – Classic Costume
- Captain America – Classic Costume
- Doctor Doom – Supreme Ruler Costume
