Final Fantasy X 25th Anniversary Website Now Open with New Merchandise

Square Enix has opened its official 25th anniversary website for Final Fantasy X with new artwork by character designer Tetsuya Nomura. To celebrate the 25th anniversary of Final Fantasy X, Square Enix will be selling new merchandise, including the 25th Anniversary Visual Art Book -Eternal Spira-, a new plush collection, the -Eternal Calm- LP Vinyl Set, and so much more. Pre-orders for the new 25th anniversary products will be available at the Japanese Square Enix Store, Amazon Japan, and other participating e-retailers.

What’s more, Square Enix is planning to open a Final Fantasy X 25th anniversary pop-up store in Japan. Further details about the timing for the pop-up store and the location will be revealed at a later date. In the meantime, the official website encourages fans to look forward to the addition of Rikku (VA: Marika Matsumoto) from Final Fantasy X in a new Dissidia Duellum Final Fantasy update soon.

Final Fantasy X first launched on July 19, 2001, for the PlayStation 2 in Japan, followed by North America on December 18, 2001. The iconic turn-based RPG is available on modern platforms, including PlayStation 4, PC, and Nintendo Switch, in Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster. Steam currently has the remaster discounted by 60% through May 7.
