Kadokawa has announced that The World’s Finest Assassin Gets Reincarnated in a Different World as an Aristocrat Season 2 will premiere in 2027. A new teaser visual for the anime was revealed alongside returning cast and staff members. A “recap promotional video” covering the events of The World’s Finest Assassin Gets Reincarnated in a Different World as an Aristocrat Season 1 was also released.
The anime’s returning cast members include:
- Kenji Akabane as Lugh
- Reina Ueda as Dia
- Yūki Takada as Tart
- Shino Shimoji as Maha
Masafumi Tamura directs The World’s Finest Assassin Gets Reincarnated in a Different World as an Aristocrat Season 2 at SILVER LINK. Katsuhiko Takayama returns to oversee the series scripts, Eri Nagata designs the characters, and Kenichi Kuroda is composing the music at Lantis.
Rui Tsukiyo began serializing the story of The World’s Finest Assassin Gets Reincarnated in a Different World as an Aristocrat in July 2018 on the Let’s Become Novelists website. Kadokawa publishes the light novel series in print volumes with illustrations by Reia. Hamao Sumeragi launched the manga adaptation in Kadokawa’s Young Ace Up manga website in January 2019. Yen Press publishes the light novel series and manga in English.
