Capcom has announced that a collaboration themed around Mega Man Battle Network and Star Force will release in Street Fighter 6 on March 17. The collaboration will be available alongside the debut of the game’s next DLC character, Alex.
The collaboration will add new cosmetics based on both games, which will be available for your World Tour Avatar. Some of the cosmetics include ones directly based on the designs of Mega Man in both franchises. Battle Hub will also get a new makeover and a new special Street Voter event will be held. Mega Man Battle Network Legacy Collection initially released on April 14, 2023, for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and PC via Steam. Mega Man Star Force Legacy Collection launches on March 27, 2026 for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC via Steam. Pre-orders for Mega Man Star Force Legacy Collection include exclusive bonuses such as four arranged BGM tracks and two main menu customization characters: Geo Stelar (Casual Wear) and Omega-Xis.
Street Fighter 6 is available now on Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam. On Nintendo Switch 2, Street Fighter 6 features a new Local Wireless mode. Local Wireless also includes Avatar Matches, allowing players to use their custom avatar from World Tour. What’s more, the Nintendo Switch 2 version supports tabletop mode with single Joy-Con play, Gyro Battle using dynamic motion controls. There’s also Calorie Contest Mode, which allows players to test their strength and endurance with exercises. Tomorrow, the next DLC character, Alex, will be available alongside new costumes for Elena and Dee Jay.
