In a new short video on YouTube, Blizzard has announced that Overwatch will launch a “Project YoRHa” collaboration event with Square Enix’s NieR: Automata on March 10. The Overwatch and NieR: Automata collaboration will feature skins based on 2B, 9S, A2, and other prominent characters from the action RPG.

Square Enix will release its NieR Series 15th Anniversary Box on February 28 in Japan in the Square Enix Store. NieR Series 15th Anniversary Box will be sold for 32,780 yen, or roughly $210, featuring a 210mm (approximately 8.3 inches) scale figure of NieR: Automata protagonist 2B, NieR Re[in]carnation protagonist Fio and the protagonist from NieR Replicant ver.1.22474487139…; the NieR Jazz Arrangement Album from the Dinner Show CD; and NieR Weapon Story Book.
Square Enix recently confirmed that NieR: Automata surpassed 10 million units sold, and NieR Replicant ver.1.22474487139 sold over 2 million units to date. An anniversary video was also released and ended with the teaser “NieR: Automata to be continued…,” hinting that the story of 2B, 9S, and A2 may not be over yet.
Overwatch is available now for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam and Battle.net. A Nintendo Switch 2 version will launch in spring 2026.
