The official website for the Onegai AiPri anime confirmed its April 5 premiere on TV Tokyo and affiliate channels at 9:30 a.m. JST, along with a new teaser trailer, main cast, staff, and theme song artists. The anime will stream on Lemino and Anime Times on Amazon Prime Video in Japan.
The anime’s main cast includes:
- Hanaka Ogawa as Inori Konomi
- Rika Kanaya as Aoi Yumemiya
- Wakana Maruoka as Gumi Tomosaka
- Haruka Okamura as Olivia Yūki
- Minori Fujidera as Nana Atami
- Minori Suzuki as Ema Mochinaga
- Yō Taichi as Fōchū
Jun’ichi Fujisaku and Masahiro Matsunaga direct the anime series at OLM and Dongwoo A＆E. Sung Min Nam, Byung Cheol Jeon, Sun Kyung Oh, Kyung Won Choi, Seong Hyeon Kim, Doo Hwan Chun, Soo Hyun Kwak, and Ho Sung So are serving as chief directors.

The group Onegai Kanae-tai performs the anime’s opening theme song “Onegai AiPri!,” and the girl group Iginari Tohoku San performs the ending theme song “Hōkago no Onegai!.”
The story of Onegai AiPri focuses on first-year middle school student Inori Konomi in the town of Onegai. Inori prays at the town’s goddess statue for a chance to be an AiPri. Afterward, she meets the famous AiPri Aoi Yumemiya and a mysterious toy named Fōchū, who is looking for an AiPri to make their wish come true. Inori becomes an AiPri when opening the special mirror pact that Aoi gave her.
