Gotcha Gotcha Games has revealed the winners of the 2025 and first annual iteration of the RPG Maker Awards. The awards highlight three major categories: Grand Award, Excellence Awards, and Special Award.

Grand Award Winner: Artis Impact by Mas
Excellence Awards:
- Best RPG Award: Beloved Rapture from developer Rapturous Studio and publisher 2 Left Thumbs
- Best Adventure Award: Flower in Us from developers Chalkseagull and Team Gypsophila, as well as publisher PsychoFlux Entertainment
- Best Action Award: Creepy Creepy Love from developer BYYONI Entertainment
- Best Simulation Award: DRAPLINE from developer KANAWO and publisher Vaka Game Magazine
- Best Free Game Award: Buy a Croquette! from developer 越青 and publisher Eternal Dream
- Best Free Game Award: Saihate Station from developer びぶ/viv
- Best Comment Award: Heroines of Swords & Spells 2 from developer Kirillkrm
- Best Comment Award: 7 Days from developer Daver The Dave and publisher IC Industries
Special Award Winner: Seed of Nostalgia from developers James Sloan and Primitive
