A new official website has opened to announce that Kotoko and Kaname Hanamiya’s The Final-Boss Prince is Somehow Obsessed with the Chubby Villainess: Reincarnated Me manga is getting a TV anime adaptation. A new promotional video, illustration by Hanamiya, and key visual for the anime were also revealed alongside the main cast and staff members.
The anime adaptation of The Final-Boss Prince is Somehow Obsessed with the Chubby Villainess: Reincarnated Me stars Haruka Shiraishi as Celine and Takeo Ōtsuka as Wilfred.
Naoyuki Kuzuya directs the anime at Studio Lings, Shūsaku Katō is the assistant director, and Mitsutaka Hirota handles series composition and screenplay. Fumino Kakihata and Yukiko Sekita are the character designers, and Infinite is producing the anime.
Kotoko and Hanamiya launched the manga in April 2023, and the series has gone on to accrue over 70 million downloads. MANGA MIRAI publishes the series in English and describes the story:
