Netmarble has announced that The Seven Deadly Sins: Origin will launch on March 16 for PlayStation 5 and PC via Steam. Following the console and PC launch, The Seven Deadly Sins: Origin will come to Android, iOS, and Google Play Games on March 23.
Originally, The Seven Deadly Sins: Origin was planned to launch on January 28, 2026. The developers delayed the release date of The Seven Deadly Sins: Origin in order to have time to make major improvements to the combat system, such as refinements to the burst and dodge systems. The team will also add improvements to exploration convenience, with added options for key mapping, better movement and adventure guidance, and reduced gameplay fatigue.
Pre-registration is available on the official website, Google Play Store, and App Store with various sign-up rewards up for grabs, including playable character Tioreh, draw tickets, hero upgrade materials, and healing dishes. What’s more, a pre-order package is available in the PlayStation Store featuring various in-game items and bonuses including Draw Tickets, Hero Upgrade Materials, and Weapon Upgrade Materials.
Final Weapon had the opportunity to interview The Seven Deadly Sins: Origin executive producer Do-Hyung Koo to discuss the game’s development, the team’s initial goals, consultation with manga creator Nakaba Suzuki and more. We also had the chance to play an early build of The Seven Deadly Sins: Origin to see what the original story and combat system offered.
