CyberConnect2 has teased a new game announcement to commemorate the company’s 30th anniversary on February 16 at 20:09 JST. CyberConnect2 CEO Hiroshi Matsuyama notes that this will be a completely new game title that serves as the “culmination of the technology, strength, and courage” the company has cultivated up to this point.
Previously, CyberConnect2 opened its official 30th anniversary website, which counts down to the anniversary date on February 16, 2026. The website revealed a newly renewed company logo, new vision, a new mascot, and an Amazon Wishlist for gifts to the staff. The company’s new vision is “One Part Love, One Part Passion, All Entertainment. This convey CyberConnect2’s company spirit and intent of connecting with their fans through the entertainment it provides.
One of CyberConnect2’s latest games was Demon Slayer -Kimetsu no Yaiba- The Hinokami Chronicles 2 for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam. The sequel builds on the original Hinokami Chronicles and continues from where the game’s story mode left off, leading up to the start of the Infinity Castle arc.
