Blue Exorcist creator Kazue Katō has announced that the manga will be going on a four-month hiatus until the August 2026 edition of Jump SQ. magazine, which releases in July 2026. Katō will continue making preparation for the final arc of the Blue Exorcist manga during the hiatus while working on future volumes and events.
Katō first launched the Blue Exorcist manga in 2009 in Jump SQ. The manga would become highly successful with well over 25 million copies in circulation. Various anime adaptations have been released since then, including Blue Exorcist: Beyond the Snow Saga.
Blue Exorcist: Beyond the Snow Saga premiered on October 4, 2024, followed by Blue Exorcist: The Blue Night Saga on January 4, 2025. In addition, Crunchyroll is streaming the entire Blue Exorcist anime, including Blue Exorcist: Kyoto Saga, Shimane Illuminati Saga, and Beyond the Snow Saga with English dubs and subs.
Lastly, here’s an overview of the anime series from VIZ Media:
