Persona 3 Reload initially released for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam on February 2, 2024. Last year, in October 2025, the game launched for the Nintendo Switch 2. Final Weapon rated the Switch 2 port a 2/5, describing it as a “a major letdown. The frame pacing and constant stutters make every step through Tatsumi Port Island a chore, no matter how enjoyable the game itself can be. Maybe ATLUS will patch the frame rate issues in the future, but even then, the lack of support for 60 FPS might be enough to detract some players regardless.”
The next entry in the Persona franchise, Persona 4 Revival, will release at a later date. This year promises to deliver more details for the series’ future, as part of its 30th anniversary. Lastly, the Steam page describes Persona 3 Reload as follows:
Step into the shoes of a transfer student thrust into an unexpected fate when entering the hour “hidden” between one day and the next. Awaken an incredible power and chase the mysteries of the Dark Hour, fight for your friends, and leave a mark on their memories forever.
