Nintendo has revealed two new color variants for the Nintendo Switch 2 Joy-Con 2 controllers: Light Purple and Light Green. Both will release on February 12, alongside the release of Mario Tennis Fever

Pre-orders for both controllers are now live for $99.99. Both will include Joy-Con 2 straps, as well as the HD Rumble and C button functionality. Check out the design of both the Light Purple and Light Green Joy-Con 2 controllers below:

On February 12, Mario Tennis Fever will also release. A recent overview trailer for the game provided a demonstration of the fever racket feature. You can pick one of 30 rackets for one of 38 characters, each with their own unique features. For instance, you can pick a racket that creates a shadow double of yourself, or allows you to dash across the court. Some of the confirmed characters include Nabbit, Baby Waluigi, Goomba, Dry Bowser.

There are also the mainstays that you’d expect from a new Mario sports game, such as Mario, Luigi, Peach, Daisy, Rosalina, Donkey Kong, Wario, Waluigi, and countless more. There are multiple modes, such as tournament, trial towers, adventure mode, and more that vary depending on the court. Additionally, Fever supports ranked matches, GameShare between the Switch 2 and original Switch, and amiibo.

A description of the game is available below via Nintendo:

Swing into action with 30 different Fever Rackets, each with their own special abilities, and 38 playable characters – the most in series history. Pair topspins, slices, lobs and other familiar shots with new slide moves and defense-focused footwork. There are multiple modes to enjoy including Tournament, Trial Towers, Mix It Up mode (with Wonder effects!), and Adventure mode, where Mario and friends are transformed into babies and must defeat monsters to return to normal. Plus, experience Joy-Con 2 motion controls with Swing Mode!

Lastly, the new Joy-Con 2 controllers will release on February 12.
