The producer of The Adventures of Elliot: The Millennium Tales has shared a new message to commemorate the new year. The game will release on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC via Steam in 2026.
The message, posted on Square Enix’s Twitter/X account, states the following:
“Happy New Year! This is Naofumi Matsushita, Producer of The Adventures of Elliot: The Millennium Tales. This year finally marks the release of the game. We are planning to launch it across multiple platforms, so please look forward to more information in the coming months.
We would also like to sincerely thank everyone, both in Japan and overseas, for the many positive responses we received last year to the early demo for Nintendo Switch 2. The entire development team is currently making final adjustments with full dedication as we work toward completion. Thank you for your continued support!”

Recently, as mentioned in the message, a free demo of The Adventures of Elliot: The Millennium Tales released on Nintendo Switch 2. Players had until September 30 to complete the demo’s survey. It contains the game’s prologue chapter. Here’s an overview of the game, via the Nintendo eShop:
