The staff of the TV anime adaptation of Suisei’s There Was a Cute Girl in the Hero’s Party, So I Tried Confessing to Her light novel series revealed a new key visual celebrating Christmas and announced the anime’s special ending theme song. Momo Sakurai (from ≠ME) and Aimi Ozawa (from ≒JOY) are also joining the cast as Shike and Misaki, respectively. Sakurai, Ozawa, and Iori Noguchi perform the special ending theme song “YES! Summer Love.”
There Was a Cute Girl in the Hero’s Party, So I Tried Confessing to Her premieres on January 6 at 11:00 p.m. JST on Tokyo MX, HBC, RKB Mainichi Broadcasting, and BS11, and Crunchyroll will stream the anime.
Yoshino performs the opening theme song “Lavish!!” and Hiyori Omiya performs the ending theme song “Kimi Kōryaku Game (Capturing You Game).”

Additionally, Satoru Kōsaki and MONACA are composing the music, and Ryō Aizawa is the producer at Starry Cube. Kairi, the author of the manga adaptation, is credited for the original work of the anime.
