During Day of the Devs: The Game Awards Edition 2025, mardt announced that a demo for Unshine Arcade is available now. The game will release in 2026 for PC via Steam.

Unshine Arcade fuses action-roguelite stealth-shooter gameplay with a story-driven psychological-horror mystery. In an abandoned arcade, you play at its lone arcade machine to earn the tickets you need to free a mysterious virtual pet trapped in the prize cabinet. With every ticket you claim, you peel back another layer of the arcade’s dark past, drawing you toward the real reason behind the (S)Unshine Arcade’s existence…

Day of the Devs is a non-profit organization focused on highlighting a variety of different titles within the industry. Earlier this year, Day of the Devs held a showcase during Summer Game Fest 2025, which revealed new looks at titles such as Neverway, Thick as Thieves, and Relooted.
