Square Enix has announced that the file size for Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade on Nintendo Switch 2 is increasing from 90 GB to 95 GB on the Standard Edition. In addition, the Limited Early Purchase Edition and Digital Deluxe Edition of Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade for Switch 2 are increasing in file size from 93.8 GB to 99 GB. The Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch 2 versions of Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade release on January 22, 2026, and a demo is planned for release before the end of 2025. Featuring the base game and the Episode INTERmission DLC featuring Yuffie Kisaragi, the Nintendo Switch 2 version includes a “Streamlined Progression” feature, giving players access to unlimited MP and HP, unlimited limit and ATB gauge during battles, 9,999 damage, easier weapon ability acquisition, and more.
Final Fantasy VII Rebirth is available now for PlayStation 5 and PC via Steam and Epic Games Store.
