The Game Awards 2025 showrunner Geoff Keighley has announced that the event’s award nominees will be revealed on November 17 at 9:00 a.m. PST / 12:00 a.m. p.m. EST. Keighley will reveal the nominees for the award categories of The Game Awards 2025 on the event’s official YouTube channel.

The Game Awards 2025 will be streaming on Amazon Prime Video this December. This will be the first time that The Game Awards has partnered with a streaming service. The Game Awards 2025 will still be streamed on YouTube, Twitch, X (formerly Twitter), Tiktok, and other participating platforms for free (access may vary per region).

The Game Awards 2025 will be streaming on Twitch worldwide in 1440p for the first time as well, allowing streamers to re-broadcast the show to their communities at a high resolution. Fans who tune into the show on Twitch can win Twitch Drops for watching 30 minutes or more. Twitch Drops include exclusive in-game content and a limited-edition TGA chat badge.

Further, as part of the partnership, Amazon will launch a dedicated online shop for The Game Awards official merchandise. During the broadcast, there will be “Prime-exclusive, limited-time deals” for nominated games, new releases, gaming hardware, and more.

What’s more, stars from Amazon’s Fallout Season 2 will be present at The Game Awards 2025. Fallout Season 2 will premiere on December 17, just six days after the annual awards show.

The Game Awards 2025 is set for December 11 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. PST / 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. EST, live from the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles. The show will feature major game announcements, world premieres, musical performances, and more.

Final Weapon will be in attendance at The Game Awards 2025, and you can expect coverage on the announcements and updates.
