SEGA has revealed new updates for Phantasy Star Online 2 New Genesis releasing in November 2025, including additional stages of Extra Duel: Planetfall Strike, Altered Investigation: South Tundra Area, new limited-time quests, and new Line Strike cards. Starting today, Extra Duel: Planetfall Strike Stages 1–2 are available with powerful Starless and High Enemies, including Rasetsu, Max Vang and High Max Vang.
Stages 3 and 4 of Extra Duel: Planetfall Strike will be available starting November 11 with Raveed and Gil Zaver, followed by Stages 5 and 6 on November 25 with Val Zagga and High Plutineide. Players can complete these stages to complete Title Tasks and Limited-time Tasks with a variety of rewards, including N-Master Cubes.
Moreover, “Altered Investigation: South Tundra Area” will be added to “Alter Realm Exploration: Interception Sectors” on November 5. Alter Realm Exploration: Interception Sectors is a quest where up to 32 players work together to destroy the High Enemies that spawn at regular intervals in the Alter Realm, a new space that has suddenly appeared. Players can complete associated Limited-time Tasks and Title Tasks to earn rewards like N-Master Cubes, Silver Big Bang Scratch Tickets, and Gold Nov ’25 Big Bang Scratch Tickets.
On November 19, Limited-time Quest: Relay Quest is back with a collection of quests that changes every two days. Players will also get to experience the new quest Recall the Crushed Path. Complete Relay Quest’s Limited-time Tasks and Title Tasks to earn rewards such as Beta Reactors, Silver Big Bang Scratch Tickets, and Gold Nov ’25 Big Bang Scratch Tickets.
Lastly, Phantasy Star Online 2 New Genesis is available now for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC via Epic Games Store, Windows, and Steam.
