Go Go Muffin Collaborates With Shangri-La Frontier

XD Games has launched a new collaboration event between cozy fantasy mobile MMORPG Go Go Muffin and the popular Shangri-La Frontier anime series. Available through November 18, the collaboration includes new characters, boss battles, outfits, and content themed after Shangri-La Frontier

The Go Go Muffin and Shangri-La Frontier collaboration will be held in two stages. The first stage runs from October 22 to November 4, and the second stage runs from November 5 to November 18. During each stage, players have access to boss battles like Lycagon and Wezaemon, new outfits, limited-time events, and more.

Here’s what each stage includes: 

  • Stage 1
    • Exclusive Outfit: Emul the Deadly Rabbit
    • Mount Paint: Lycagon the Nightslayer
    • Daily Event: Rabituza Odyssey
      • Rewards include the Lucky Pioneer outfit
    • New Boss Battle: Lycagon the Nightslayer (EoB)
  • Stage 2
    • Exclusive Outfit: Psyger-0
    • Mount Paint: Tactical Kirin
    • Events: Tearlight Lake & Battle of the Strongest Players
      • Earn limited outfit pieces, including Conqueror’s Headband and Panchirgon Earrings.
    • New Boss Battle: Wezaemon the Tombguard (EoB)

Shangri-La Frontier Season 2 premiered on October 13, 2024. A total of 25 episodes for the first season of the Shangri-La Frontier anime series aired in two cours from October 2023 to March 2024. Crunchyroll is streaming the series outside of Japan

Katarina began the Shangri-La Frontier web novel series on the “Let’s Be Novelists” website in May 2017. Three years later, the manga adaptation by Ryosuke Fuji began in Weekly Shonen Magazine in July 2020. The anime premiered on October 1, 2023 as a two-cour series.

Go Go Muffin is available now on iOS and Android. In Go Go Muffin, players can team up with six other players or enjoy solo experiences for a balance of adventure and chill gameplay sessions.
